Im starting a Summer challenge anyone is welcome to join me. My goal is to be 199 by the time my Son graduates 5th grade on June 10th.

I will:Journal every bite * Be gentle to myself and my family * Exercise to the best of my ability * Drink at least 8 glasses of water * Focus on colorful veggies, salads, low gycemic fruit, lean proteins and healthy fats * Limit grains * Get up at the same time everyday and get back into routine * Visit 3FC every day, it makes a big difference to my attitude, thanks to the wonderful folks here.

I'd like to get down to 150 by my 41st birthday...June 19th. That's around 10 pounds a month. My weight loss has slowed down the lower my weight goes, but I'm gonna try for it anyway.

I'm in - this is my first challenge (gosh I feel nervous). My goal for June 2011 is Onederland.

My usual weigh day is Monday but for this challenge a mid week weigh in seems like extra "stick-with-it-ness"!

I'm running a sprint triathlon at the end of June. I want to be 199 by then. I'll weigh in on Mondays. I'm about 50 lbs away. Looks like that's almost exactly 2 lbs per week. Higher than I've been doing, but at least it is a good goal. I think with the extra training it is possible!
