I'd like to try too. Trying to drop to 250 by summer so I think I can do it. I haven't been that low in 4 years. Weighed in today at 279.6 so let's get this party started!

I'm definitely in! I am setting a goal for 45 pounds lost by June 3rd. My weigh in day is Friday so that is the day I will weigh in. I will use my weight from this previous Friday to start.

Hey Everyone,

Today is my first weigh in day and i lost 5 lbs during the last 7 days
I am trying to limit my carb intake as much as i can, it feels hard to quit all these white stuff. I did binge 3 times this week, i will try harder next week.

What did you guys do? What plan are you using?

I actually have my own chart/challenge going that is this length. It's hanging up in my bathroom with these dates exactly! My goal is to reach 200lbs.

1/1-260lbs
1/8- 251lbs
1/15-252lbs TOM I had a great week, so it sucks to not see the results because of TOM....hoping for a big loss next week.
1/22-247.8lbs
1/29-246.4lbs
Total loss for January: 13.6lbs

So I had about a month where I was semi-depressed and overall just really tired. I didn't let myself go, but I also didn't follow my plan. THANKFULLY my body did me proud and I ate quite a bit while just maintaining. Now I am back on track, getting myself happy again, and ready to DO THIS. Turns out that my self induced plateau actually worked wonders into shocking my system into losing 5lbs this week. Let's do this April!
