So I had about a month where I was semi-depressed and overall just really tired. I didn't let myself go, but I also didn't follow my plan. THANKFULLY my body did me proud and I ate quite a bit while just maintaining. Now I am back on track, getting myself happy again, and ready to DO THIS. Turns out that my self induced plateau actually worked wonders into shocking my system into losing 5lbs this week. Let's do this April!
