Default My 22's FIT!

Considering I was in 26s a month ago and would have been in 30's last April had I not been wearing yoga pants and other stretchy pants instead of denim, this is a huge victory for me. I can't sit down in them without the first inch or so rolling over, but they button & zip and I can walk in them!

I will be sticking with my 24s for the foreseeable future but have a goal now to be in my 22's and able to sit/stand/reach/stretch in them by my birthday {07 Feb}

The scale has only moved a couple pounds, but the measuring tape showed a 2 inch drop over the course of November when DH did my taping on Dec 1. I'm excited to see what the change is on Jan 1 now

had to share my NSV. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming

47.85% body fat on 16 Nov 2016 Goal 24%

Yay!! Hey 2 Lbs. is 2 Lbs. Considering it is December and we are bombarded with food everywhere it is a miracle we can keep plowing through this month! I think that is wonderful and your doing really good at your weight loss. You have dropped 2 sizes in one month- that is awesome! You just wait girl...those will be falling off of you in a few more weeks.
