Default Eh...

Didn't do as well as I'd hoped today (staff party and TGIF), but I also didn't use the gatherings as an excuse to gorge myself. Made the choice to try the things that looked the tastiest (although I had planned to stay completely on plan) and stopped before I felt full, and had a couple hard ciders at the bar - no where near perfect, but sooo much improved over the past. Simultaneously a touch disappointed and a touch happy
One for every 5 pound loss...(reset)
Long Term Goal

Mini-Goal 1: 234 -15 pounds loss ---> Mini-Goal 2: 224 - 10% loss --->Mini-Goal 3: 199 - Onederland! ---> Mini-Goal 4: 174 - 30% loss
Mini-Goal 1: MET!!! 10/13/10 --------> Mini-Goal 2: Met!!! 11/5/10 ---->Mini-Goal 3: Met!!! 2/25/11 ----->

sounds to me like you were perfectly IN CONTROL...
1. not making excuses
2. didn't go overboard
3. tasted before you gorged it down
4. stopped when you were full
5. recognized that there is always room for a little improvement
6. allowed yourself to reflect over the moment, and feel happy about your ability to get yourself into a situation that clearly takes most people over the edge, yet you remined poised and confident and in control!!!



Restart Month 1: -18.8

Restart Weight:326: 1st goal: lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks(restart date 9/4/2015): MISSION COMPLETE 9/16/15 lost 12.9
2nd goal: lose 20 pounds by Halloween MISSION COMPLETE 10/6/15 lost 20.0 total
3rd goal: lose 27 pounds by thanksgiving so I can see the number 2 at the front!
4th goal: fit back into my favorite pair of jeans by new years eve!!

Yay! Congrats! I, too, stayed *almost*
on plan today.

I resisted:
* Fudge
* Peanut Brittle
* Hard Tack
* Caramel

I did allow myself some warm tea with
milk and sugar.

Sounds like you handled a tough situation pretty well! It could have been much worse and you remained in control

Total: 267.6 pounds.

I will do the Komen 60 mile walk for breast cancer again this year!!
Next goal is 175: Pounds from goal = 4.2.

Definitely sounds like a victory! YOUR CHOICES are the victory. The fact that YOU made the decision to eat or drink something rationally. That is something many of us are fighting for! Congrats!
