100 to lose + 365 miles in 365 days = Challenge
 
Hi Everyone! I have been wanting to get my mileage up and thought it would be fun to log miles on 3FC! The goal is to get 365 miles in 365 days. You can walk, jog, or run them:) whatever you can do! This challenge is to help get us more active and to encourage others to keep going! Anyone can be a part of it, regardless of what activity level you are on. Each step counts!

I'm doing the couch to 5k and should be complete with it Mid-January and thought it would be fun to have a fun goal to work towards!

Who is up for challenge? You can track your miles with any form of exercise you use!
Jogging, Walking, Wii, Exercise Dvds, Biking, or even swimming. If i left anything out, then you can use that too!!

I made a spreadsheet so we can track our group totals too for the year!

Oh I love this! I'll do- but let's start Jan. 1. I am only going to count miles I run or walk. Not all my other workout as it is my goal to train myself to run. Specifically I want to be able to run 2 miles.

An average of 7 miles a week is soooo doable! :) Jan 1st will probably be the best time to start it up! Won't be focusing on running come this weekend with the holidays coming up and everything. I want to get moving in 2011 and become somewhat of an athlete..lols! Happy y'all are joining!!

I will do it. I need some sort of fitness motivation because I have been pretty lax on the exercise. I have good excuses (working full time, full time grad student, plus mom), but they're still excuses. I can fit in a mile a day I think.

I really like this idea - I've been trying to do at least 2 miles a day, so this just gives me more motivation. I'm in! :)

Gloo - yay! You'll definitely be able to make 365 if you're doing 2 miles a day! I'm excited to start counting! We are going to be so successful..I just know it!
