    Down 1.4 to 220.2! a new low! went to the doctor yesterday,had an ear infection.Now that I've decided,arranged everything to workout in the afternoons..it's 55 degrees out this morning I'm itching to go out But will stick to/with the new plan cause i know it'll work better during the winter months.

    Okay on to my numbers. This week has been ... odd. Rigorously on plan, but I'm working very hard because my twice-a-year deadline is barreling toward me at high speed. Unfortunately I've let the exercise-time slide in favor of squeezing in a little more work. I'm okay with it for now, though, because I know I'll pick up again as soon as I feel more comfortable with the deadline situation.
