Talking What is your positive for today?

I have spent so much time being negative and down on myself, I have decided to force myself to stay positive! Today, my positive is that I went to see my trainer (even though we are currently having a snow storm) and worked out. The part of my workout I am most proud of is that I did 15 real push ups! What is your positive for the day?

1st Mini Goal- 252 lbs
2nd Mini Goal- 242 lbs
3rd Mini Goal- 232 lbs
Final Goal- 180 lbs

I ate really healthy and jogged 3 miles. It was a positive day.

Thanks for posting this. No matter how bad things seem on any day, there is always something positive that we can find. Even if the positive thing is just logging into 3fcs and reading the forums.

Total: 267.6 pounds.

I will do the Komen 60 mile walk for breast cancer again this year!!
Next goal is 175: Pounds from goal = 4.2.

My weigh in was WAY better than I could have hoped or expected... down 4lbs. into the 230s!

I ran 6 mph... for like 30 sec... but it's the fastest I've run so far. Also, my roommate and his gf commented that they can tell I've lost weight.
