Saw your AMAZING weight loss of 64 lbs since July. I know what effort must have gone into that since you're on Prednisone. I've been on it only for relatively short bouts and packed on the pounds.

Good luck with the lupus and the upcoming hip replacements. I know you'll get your weight down to have them done. Sorry you need to have them done so young but when you get to the point where you need it, it does change your whole life to have the surgery done (I've had two knees done but a heck of a lot older).

I read your profile, too, and was impressed with your significant loss, especially after you told about the medication. Wow!

I know how hard it must be for you to get any exercise. Could you do some upper body strength training?
