Default MIA no more

Hi All...I'm happy to report that since the whole DC Sniper thing as been cleared up I've been walking with a vengeance! Have been putting in no less than an hour a day and I FEEL GREAT!

Have lost 8 lbs. since Oct 1 (I only weigh on the first on the month).

Now time to strategize for the holiday foodfest ahead...Any ideas???

Arrow "weigh" to go!

Wow! Eight pounds in a month is fantastic. Also doing all that walking too??!! I really need to get my rear in gear in that department. Keep up the good work!

I started a thread called what are you going to do? it is with the same topic of strategies around food for the holidays. I said I am not gonna bake cookies!! Also you could eat well before parties so you arent tempted. Maybe just pick one really deserving treat per party. that works too. That way you arent depriving yourself just making a good choice for the calories!!
