What "something extra" have you done today?

  • I'm fighting these last 25 pounds. Low calories are not working and I can't eat less than I am, so I'm upping the activity.

    My base activity that I never miss is:
    M/W/F Spinning
    T/TH lifting
    Saturday sometimes a body lifting class

    Additionally, last night I got on the treadmill and ran 3 miles while we watched a show.

    Today, while my husband was having a procedure done and I was waiting for him, I walked the hospital grounds for an hour covering about 3 miles, a little more.

    So what extra activity have you done today?

    Im traveling, and usually bring workout clothes to get some cardio in.

    BUT - I actually went to a park and did some burpees, walking lunges, etc interval sets for 20+min.

    Had to email my trainer I was so proud of myself
  • Went to a parent-teacher conference. Those ALWAYS take extra energy...
