I joined here a while back and lost 24lbs, 8 of which I have gained back in the last 3 weeks. Yikes! 3 short weeks only to gain 8lbs. I'm really trying to get a handle on my out of control eating especially with the Halloween candy my boys will be bringing into the house. Reece's Peanut Butter Cups are my downfall!!
I started watching what I'm eating today, started a new food journal as well. I'm going to try and follow the WW points system on my own with the support and encouragement from this forum.
Any pointers or encouragement are greatly appreciated
