My main health goals are to continue to make progress in eating well, being active, and balancing the various parts of my life well.

I am going to work towards losing 20% of my starting weight by January 1, which would put me at 222lbs. I am also very hopeful that I will be able to wear my size 20 jeans and the nice work blouses I bought last year but still can't quite get into.

I am hoping to be at a place where I feel more complete and in control of my life. I don't have a number in mind because I have been so heavy for so long that I don't know what loosing weight will be like. I can not even imagine being under 200 lbs.

hopefully, 6 mo from now i'll be at my goal weight! i'd also be totally stoked if i could run like, half a marathon.

I'd love to be 50 pounds lighter six months from now, and at least two sizes smaller. That would be wonderful.
