My main health goals are to continue to make progress in eating well, being active, and balancing the various parts of my life well.
I am going to work towards losing 20% of my starting weight by January 1, which would put me at 222lbs. I am also very hopeful that I will be able to wear my size 20 jeans and the nice work blouses I bought last year but still can't quite get into.
