Default I have completed my first triathlon!!!

Yesterday IŽve completed my first triathlon!! 750m swim, 22kms bike and 5km run. At the end, I was overflown by emotions, it was like finally leaving the 242lbs old me behind, it was an amazing proof of what the body can do. At the beginning of this journey I wasnŽt able to walk on the treadmill for more than 5 minutes... It was me embracing the new me.

And it was you, all of you ... that have been an amazing source of inspiration and help... this is a never ending journey, but one that, because of you, I know IŽll never have to do it alone.

So, thank you!

Congratulations! To me, this type of thing is what weight loss is about, being able to do things that we could not do before. You are an inspiration!
