I am down .4 today to 239.8. I had a REALLY salty lunch yesterday so I was happy to see any loss at all. I was drinking water like a FIEND yesterday to try and offset all that salt!!! :lol: Feeling great today. It's a beautiful, yet blustery fall day here today. I'll check back later on. :wave: |
