Morning all - Down 0.9 for 222.4 - looking forward to seeing these 200 numbers disappear. Congratulations to all those of you who are doing so well. I've been having a rough week, and am trying to get to grips with the length of the road I'm on. Whilst I appreciate it's my own fault I got Fat, and that "it didn't go on fast, don't expect it to go off fast ", I am scared by the other 67 lbs I have to lose. Just feeling vulnerable, scared and in awe of the rest of the journey.

Good Morning Everyone!!
That's great Akelly there's nothing like a little at peace time to get yourself and thoughts together.Glad your focus is back congrats on the 2.1
Aimee,good luck with your WI
I understand how you feel Starbrite i went threw the same worries. And would probably still think about how much farther i had to go IF i wouldn't have changed my mindset.Try to think as if you are just starting your journey and just take one day at a time, that's the only thing that's help me.try to think of all the positive things you're accomplishing and don't entertain negative thoughts. You're doing so good and are over half way there. You got this congrats on the .9!
I'm down 1 lb to 237.I want to lose weight but I'm losing fast now cause I'm still recovering from a virus.I don't want to lose weight this way I guess I'm never happy or something(IDK)... i want to have to work for it i guess.I don't want the last lbs of my 100 lbs lost milestone to be reached by weight that only came off cause i was sick.

Good Morning, Everyone! It's Hump day and we are headed toward the weekend!
Aimee I hope you see 256 this morning!
Akelly Thank you! Great job on the 2.1 pounds! Being home seems to really be paying off for you.
starbrite You can do it. Just take one day at a time, if you have to.
Ona I hope you are feeling better now.
Calories for yesterday: 1455 +
Weigh In: 188
No change
I actually thought I would have a gain today because I did a super intense workout yesterday. I had some extra time and wanted to challenge myself. This is what I did:
~TF HIIT 20
~The Firm Cardio Sculpt Blaster w/Fitstix & Fanny Lifter
~16 Tall Box Climbs on each leg
~TJ Ab Jam (standing portion)
~100 Jump Ropes
~TF Fire 45 EZ

YAY! Firmly back in the 230's ....now I just need to keep going! Doing Zumba today (maybe twice!), but daughter AND hubby are on vacation, so I need to keep the food in check. Its so much easier when we are in our weekly routine. Now with a 5 day "weekend"? Ouch!

Thanks girls for all the birthday wishes. You're the best!
I'm up 197.1 today - I guess the scale wasn't wrong yesterday... I just don't get it, everytime I'm almost out of the 90s, I slowly bounce right back up. I'm not sabotaging myself in any way, so what's the deal? Anyway, I'm working from home today, so probably on my lunch break or something I will take a walk over to the community centre to check out their gym. I already got the pricing, it's cheaper than what I currently pay but it's more than the other gym that's walking distance. Hubby thinks they're both the same distance and that I should go for the cheaper one, but I told him to me it seems farther away (and it's not very bright in there) so I want the closer one. I just need to go actually see what they have to make sure it will be worthwhile to me.
aKelly you're right, but I'm not ready for maintenance yet! I need to get out of the bloody 90s, I've been stuck in here for 3 months.

I'm with you Kukkie. We're definitely doing something we don't realize. I'm at 264.1 today.
7 lb swing from last week. I had some pizza this weekend and a hot dog. But not 25000 calories for this. I didn't go over 2k. Maybe I'm just not counting right. I hope some is from my TOM due on Friday. UGH.

Diana I'm loosely counting, if that makes sense. But I haven't had a decent set of workouts, and now that I think about it, I didn't really adjust my calories for that. All the more reason why I need to get this closer to home gym thing happening. I absolutely hate battling traffic to get a workout in and I've never been a work out at home type of person, I need the atmosphere. And yes, still smoke-free 1 month and 2 days, although last night I was so stressed out (on my birthday) that I wanted to do it out of spite, but then realized how stupid that sounded.

Kukkie Great job with staying strong against the urge to smoke. That must be tough. Maybe the scale situation is exactly what you just mentioned. You haven't been to the gym and you haven't adjusted your calories accordingly. Until you figure out the gym situation, maybe go a little lower on your calories.

The deuce is still elusive. I even took twice my normal about of daily detox last night. Today, I will have 112% of my RDA of fiber by lunch! In the old days a McDonald's Double Cheeseburger always cleaned me out , but I'm trying not to go that route. Looks like it's tea time tonight. I'm starting to get uncomfortable! I mean, my eyes are even turning brown . . .oh, wait, they already are brown.

still at 177 this morning, no change at all.
Drank plenty of water yesterday, rested my oh so sore legs so I thought i'd see at least some change, but sadly no.
My legs are still a bit sore though, I must have really done a number on them this weekend, one more day of rest I think is best and hopefully Ill see that number drop tomorrow.
BBL for personals
