Default Picking up back yard NSV! (TMI)

I think I mentioned before that one of the 'exercises' I have set on DietPower is "Shovellingsht" - cleaning up after my 4 dogs.
I used a "light gardening" template and re-titled it. However much I pick up, I call it 3 minutes' worth.

At my HW (242), 3 minutes = 23 calories.
At my Restart W (215) 3 minutes = 20 calories.
For weeks now 3 minutes = 17 calories.

With my drop this morning into terra relatively incognita, it's just dropped down to 16 calories!

I know it's a very silly NSV but it makes me smile!

People always speak of they're "metabolisms slowing down" when they lose weight and they want to avoid that - ummm, no. No. you. don't. Slower metabolisms is exactly what we're after - and you got it all right.
