Default October Weekly Weigh-Ins?

I'm posting this for myself, for personal accountability. I can't do daily weigh-ins right now, I'm not in the head-space for it. And I'd love some company if anyone else weighs in weekly as well.

Starting weight 227.8
Goal Weight 222.8 {1.25 lb/wk}

01 October 227.8
08 October 226.8
15 October 226.6
22 October 226.2
29 October 229.4

I'm doing 2 other October challenges but I'd love to see if I prefer weekly over daily

I agree with you I can NOT weigh daily I honestly dont think it is a good thing to do either I also weigh in weekly I will join you I will post tomorrow my weigh day is Saturday mornings.

No I've just been spacing it. Thanks for bumping the thread so it showed up in my user CP. Had to run to the bathroom and pull my weights off the calendar.

October 8: 290.6 (went up a little because I splurged on my bday.. icky bloating and water retention! :P)

I've decided to only input my weight and update my tracker on Sundays.. but I'm still going to weigh everyday and input it on livestrong.com to hold myself accountable. Switching my days to Sunday!

October 17: 282.8

fantastic

I ended up with a 3 pound gain, but was also on the last day before AF hit so not too bad what with water weight gain and all. I"m at 227 right now, was 225 yesterday so not sure what's going on there.
