Today I am grateful for:
My family who I love and loves and supports me
my very smart doctor who was smart enough to order the bloodwork that showed I have hypothyroidism which was making it to where no matter what I did I could not lose weight. Now after the replacement meds I am finally able to lose weight!
for all the sweet people on TFC for helping me see I am not alone in weight struggles. I can see the amazing progress you all are having...and it gives me hope I can too!

= a healthy on plan day - so grateful

= my 'other foot' feels better after over stretching it the other day (I know....)

= ice and heat for my pieces and parts

= my BIL's nephew came home from quadriplegic rehab, finally, after his accident in the ocean - that resulted in his paralysis. The press met him at the airplane. He told the reporters, "Being able to walk doesn't define a person." I always knew he was a special young man. I am grateful he has a good attitude.

= music videos - like mini musicals

= friends, family, 3fc, cell phone, internet, facebook
