We'll see come tomorrow. I weigh earlier during the week than I do on weekends, so I'm expecting an upswing. I just don't know what to do to get this weight to come off a little faster. At this rate, I doubt I break into the 10s before the ball. I need to up my cardio and stick with it. Woke up this morning with an awful sore throat and some congestion, but I'll try the Zumba workout later anyway.

I take off everything - even my watch! I know I 'm a little OCD about it.

I hope your friend joins as well, this is a great place to be.

Everyone is different, but cardio is what works for me. I also do light toning, but the emphasis is on cardio to burn those calories. Longer cardio sessions is even better.

You're not alone . When I used to weigh myself with clothes (even just PJs or underwear), it was too much temptation to just "blame" the clothes and ignore the fact that nope, it was all ME. There's no cheating when you're in your birthday suit... .

Woah! I didn't have time to post yesterday and I am shocked at how much I missed.. I'll start with today!

Ona - It's interesting to watch the patterns in which people lose weight, big drop, and then a few days of maintaining, and then another big drop! It's probably much more frustrating that interesting when it's happening to you though, just know it'll drop soon

Angie - congrats on the .4! Your breakfast sounds yummy!

Diana - I'm having issues waking up today too, woke up early, but felt awake, and now all I want to do is nap! Congrats on your loss during TTOM!

cincimini - I had one of those scale changes too, it was a little frustrating, and I can't even lie - I totally cried! I was very upset! TOM makes me gain 2 - 6 pounds, once I see the little jump I weigh every second day until it's gone. Any downwards movement is extremely good when you weigh daily, those little losses sure add up quickly!

fitkristi - the bf and I are doing the same, except instead of no kids it's no work! Since we work together it's tough to get away from it all, plus it looks bad if we consistently have the same days off! Lots of water to flush it all out! And maybe a little "exercise"

creech - nice loss

Kukkie - What a great loss today!

Kris - I hate the early morning WI's, but it might surprise you tomorrow! When I WI on workday's I always do it after I blow dry my hair, but before I put on my earrings - like somehow wet hair or little earrings will somehow impact my WI! Ah the little rituals we do

So I have to admit I'm completely self conscious weighing in front of the bf - not because of my weight but because he does NOT support the daily weighing thing. This is a lot of the reason's I miss WI's, including today. He thinks I'm a slave to the scale, but in reality it helps to remind me of what I'm doing. Anyways, thats what is on my mind today!

Sept 30th: 244.4

1: 243.2 Sodium 170%
2: 243.2 Sodium 370%
3. 241.2 Sodium 210%

I actually saw 240.6 twice, but I went with the higher weight. I hope I'll be saying goodbye to the 240's by the end of this week!

Aimee Ha Ha TTOM isn't over yet. There's still time for a rebound. Do you weigh on the Wii or a scale? Do you have a regular scale? I would put it in a different room and weigh every morning like you want to. I actually weigh before DH even gets up. He doesn't care one way or the other, anyways. His main concern about my weight loss is that doesn't affect him. He doesn't want to workout, he doesn't want to walk, he doesn't want to eat like me, etc. I can do whatever I want to do, as long as he doesn't have to do it, too.

Star 2 pounds! That's awesome!

StarGetsFit - holy cr@p lady!! You seriously rock! Congrats

Diana - I only use my wii to weigh, I used to have a scale but the numbers were so off depending on how I stood on it. I need to just get over it, just because he doesn't believe in weighing daily doesn't mean I have to hide it! The bf is actually doing the diet portion with me starting tomorrow, he won't join in with exercise.. but having someone eating the same food as me is quite helpful

I was super tired today, but I dragged myself to my grandma's and barely had energy to help with dinner. I gotta wonder what's going on with all my low energy! I am eating decent, sleeping good the past 5 days. Going to buy some multivitamins on Tuesday, hopefully that'll help!

Thanks Angie for the weigh in response Bottoms do weigh a lot like a sweater almost Did your friend join? Great job on the .4 down

Hi Starbrite hope your Sunday was lovely also

Hey Ona

Diana good job on the .2 My hubby is the same way, he would walk sometimes if I ask but for the most part it's whatever makes me happy and doesn't bother him.

Cinci great way of thinking it's not a sprint we are in this for the long haul and like Diana said just look at it as a new start and those repeated numbers will hopefully go away soon <--- I said the last part You are so right there is no cheating in your bday suit

Kristi how you feel about your date day meal is how I feel about my dinner today ... 1035 in calories just dinner and the doesn't include sugar and other stuff used to prepare the dinner but it was so good.

Creeesh good job on the .6

Kukkie on the 1.5 you're doing great

Thanks Kris on the weigh in response. Hope you feel better I wear a sterling bracelet on each arm and they are so hard to put back on so I leave them, I do take my earrings and rings off though. I don't know why I just do

Hi Aimee wet hair does make a difference. (my middle son noticed it before I did) My hair though short holds water, so I make sure it is fully dry before I weigh.

Star 2lbs you are doing great. I like to take the higher also with hopes that I'll see a better number the following day. Like to sike myself out sometimes Sure gonna need some of that siking <-- new word tomorrow. Horrible calories at dinner

Hi Ann

Aimee sorry about the lack of energy hope the vitamins help And glad you are getting your rest.

As for me I'm up 1.2 from yesterday. I honestly don't expect a loss tomorrow either. Made a mini Thanksgiving type meal today at our middle sons request. and my calories were extremely high. The only thing that may help is a good morning in the bathroom, and we know for me that doesn't happen. Oh well I'll just look forward to Tuesday. Since I'm posting so late Happy Monday to Everyone

Good Morning, Everyone! Let's have a great week!

Aimee That's good that you two will be doing the diet portion together. I'm sure that will help.

Love You said it more accurately. DH is OK with whatever I do as long as it doesn't bother him.

AngelicLyna Hi
