Alright, I feel like I should do a modest goal like 8lbs, but I really want 10! So that's what my goal is. 234.4 by October 31st!
I was also looking over my FitDay numbers and much to my I saw that sodium intake averages 145% of the RDA. So my NS goal will be to only be getting 120% of the RDA by the end of this month. I do love my salty foods though! I'll wait til' November to get it down to 100%
Well Seems like there is no one here from NZ or Fiji - so I'm the first person to start with October Weight.
Stretching Goal to get to 80kg by the end of October - considering this is twice my current rate... and I have 3 dinners out atleast. Hoping the interval training kicks in!

I would like to welcome all the new posters, new members to 3 FC's, and returning regulars. I would like to thank everyone from the September thread for all the support you have given me.
I am up early this morning. I have a lot of stuff to do today before I can get started on the weekend!
Even though I don't have time to post in the forums anymore, I'm still logging my daily weight. This new job has me working 12 hour days and I was afraid a sedentary desk job would do me in. But I've managed to stay on track by do 30 minutes of exercise before work, and 30 after. Still about 95% raw.
Lost 19 Lbs in September.
I'm going for 210 Lbs by the end of September. (-15.4 Lbs)
177 on the nose this morning, so obviously bringing my calories up has done some good.
Im still concerned I havent had a decent 'movement' so if nothing happens today I'll try some over night something to help it along. I'm hoping that a good session at the gym with cardio will help move things along too.

Down .1 - but only after I took out the batteries on the scale and then had my husband weigh himself. I'm not sure I like this new scale! I don't like that it seems to 'remember' my weight - because I weighed myself on my old scale, and the number was several tenths lower than it was yesterday when I weighed.
