Just got to share:

Today I made 177 which is:

65lbs lost from HW
exactly half way through my 2010 plan
the weight I got to last year before I abandoned life
It means I can shorten the list of numbers under my avatar, now that I'm back to that 177 figure
now it's all new(ish) weight loss.
4lbs only to the next bead
at 50%, another shopping opportunity - even the planning is good!

Anything I lose now, takes me to my lowest weight since November 2005! Oh my.
