You guys are rocking it. I walk at 2.5 and jog at 4-4.2 on my Landice treadmill. Have a 3% elevation.

I am sure I won't be jogging or walking at a very high speed until I am use to it
Right now I can walk at 3.3 MPH and haven't tried jogging.

I am doing it on the treadmill. So far on the 5th week and walk at 3.5 and run at 4.5/ I am happy with this speed as I feel I can go longer rather than try to go too fast and burn out I do do yoga on every off day. good luck!
