That's how many inches I've lost throughout my body in the last 11 days. I decided to measure myself early [I was originally planning just every 14 days] because I was little down about my weight loss. I haven't lost ANYTHING in about two weeks and I figured with as hard as I've been sweating and working in yoga twice a week, something's gotta give, right?
Here are the measurements! Original to the left, new ones are out to the right!
Neck: 16 16
Upper-arm: 17.5 17.5
Forearm: 12.5 12 [-0.5]
Wrist: 7 7
Bust: 51 49.5 [-1.5, bye bye tatas
Under-bust: 42 41 [-1.0]
Waist: 46.5 45.5 [-1.0]
Navel: 50 49.5 [-0.5]
Belly: 53 52.5 [-0.5]
Hips: 52.5 51.5 [-1.0]
Thigh: 31.5 31 [-0.5]
Calf: 17 17.5 [+0.5, I'm assuming the crazy amounts of walking I'm doing]
Ankle: 9.5 9.5
To be precise, it's -6.5 inches and +0.5 because my calf muscles decided to show themselves off lol. I'm so HAPPY!!! This is so encouraging!
I wouldn't have done it, but two people have mentioned in the space of 12 hours that I looked smaller...my boyfriend last night, and a friend from class this morning. I'm so glad I did! This just reinforces my decision to add walking MWF and light yoga stretching those days as well!!! Yay!!!!!!
