A Rare Weight Update
 

Woohoo! I don't weigh often at all, cause for me it is stressful, but I just weighed and I am at 168.5 :D. A total of 161.5 pounds lost so far :D :D

I use to weigh every day, all day long but it just made me insane. So now, I weigh very rarely and just try to gauge my success on what size I wear.
