  • I'm almost giddy with excitment for this month!! Ending August at 184, 4 lbs gone this month.
    Going for a tall order this month . . . move from obeese to overweight, to do that I need to go to 174. Eeeesh!!!

    penguin - someone at work sprained their wrist and can't count cash because of it, so Josh has to do her job until the 21st. I did end up getting to sleep in this morning, it was soooooo nice Glad to see that scale moving down again!

    Coondocks - you would definitely be retaining some water, you'll get it off soon I'm sure! The 4 hours of sleep definitely would NOT help! The chocolate is, uhm.. not chocolately? I don't love chocolate myself, I'll have it when I have PMS but thats about it. But these, OMG, caramel, pecans, salty with a little chocolate, oh my! I am going to make food my priority right now, I am fairly active with my job, and once I get into a good routine I'll do some structured exercise.

    Angie - What a GREAT loss!! 2.6! Wowsers!!

    Ona - it's worth a lot Thanks for the advice, it was just what I needed, I think I was trying to bite off a little too much, yah know? I mean I've followed SB for 3.5 months, but maybe I'm just not ready for exercise just yet. I trust that you'll get there, you know what to do! This is just a temporary gain!

  • I'm back from Alaska and ladies it was FAB!

    I did pretty darn good with the eating too. I had a few more indulgences than I planned.. like ice cream. But, over all, I didn't over eat.. made good choices and enjoyed the company and scenery more than the food. My boy did a great job on his first plane, train and boat rides

    I need to catch up with you gals!

    I think my subconscious kept me off the scale this morning. Will report back tomorrow
