I'm almost giddy with excitment for this month!! Ending August at 184, 4 lbs gone this month.
Going for a tall order this month . . . move from obeese to overweight, to do that I need to go to 174. Eeeesh!!!

1- 185.4 Lunch hr Work Out = 30 min treadmill at 6 incline 3.3 speed!
2- 183 now we're moving the right way
3- 183 Lunch hr Work Out = 30 min treadmill 3 spd incline 6-11 Nice hike!

7- 180.8 Evening work out = 35 min speed 3.3 incline 4-8.
8- 181.2 Evening Work out = 40 minute moderate weight circuit
9- 179.8 . . Lunch Hr Work out = 30 min sp 3.2 incline 6-12
10- 180.8 Lnch Hr = 30 min 3.2 spd 5-10 incline Evening = 25 minute eliptical 35 min weight circuit
11- 179.4
12- N/A
13- 181.6 Attempted a lunch hr work out - got 15 minutes into my incline walk and just felt 'off'. Didn't push any farther than that today.
14- 180.2 Lunch Hr = 28 (weird number)min elliptical resistance 1-8 incline 4-10. Light weights at home
15- 177.4 **** YEAH!!! 70 lbs baby!! Lnch Hr = 28 eliptical resistance 3-8
16- 178.2 So so so sore . . . . today is a rest day for me I think, too tired to keep my head up.

Diana - congrats!!

penguin - someone at work sprained their wrist and can't count cash because of it, so Josh has to do her job until the 21st. I did end up getting to sleep in this morning, it was soooooo nice Glad to see that scale moving down again!

fitkristi - you are on a whooshing roll!!

Coondocks - you would definitely be retaining some water, you'll get it off soon I'm sure! The 4 hours of sleep definitely would NOT help! The chocolate is, uhm.. not chocolately? I don't love chocolate myself, I'll have it when I have PMS but thats about it. But these, OMG, caramel, pecans, salty with a little chocolate, oh my! I am going to make food my priority right now, I am fairly active with my job, and once I get into a good routine I'll do some structured exercise.

Kukkie - yahooo!!! So glad to see the scale moving down for you

Vixsin - those are some great whooshes you are experiencing!

Angie - What a GREAT loss!! 2.6! Wowsers!!

Ona - it's worth a lot Thanks for the advice, it was just what I needed, I think I was trying to bite off a little too much, yah know? I mean I've followed SB for 3.5 months, but maybe I'm just not ready for exercise just yet. I trust that you'll get there, you know what to do! This is just a temporary gain!

I will bbl for my WI! And to paste my month so far!

I'm back from Alaska and ladies it was FAB!

I did pretty darn good with the eating too. I had a few more indulgences than I planned.. like ice cream. But, over all, I didn't over eat.. made good choices and enjoyed the company and scenery more than the food. My boy did a great job on his first plane, train and boat rides

I need to catch up with you gals!

I think my subconscious kept me off the scale this morning. Will report back tomorrow
