As for me, I was down 1.6 today! Won't get another weigh in till Thurs night/Friday, so I'll just be checking in to see how everyone's doing for the next 2 days. For those in Dallas: I highly recommend the Katy Trail if you haven't tried it yet! I just discovered it (sadly only 2 more weeks left here) and loooove it! It's so great to see so many citizens of a community out there working out and inspiring me to keep moving! Will definitely be spending my evenings there from now on just jogging my little booty off!

I have a confession to make... I somehow got it in my head to bake a cake today, which I haven't done in years. I had no intention of eating it, just making it for everyone else. But then hubby started going on about how good it was, so I had a slice... Warm chocolate cake, no frosting, so good, so moist.. Mmmmm... I'm desperately trying not to go back for another one! HELP.
