I lost 5.6 pounds in August (I only started half-way through the month) and my goal for September is to get into the 240's, even if it's 249.9. LOL So that's a goal of 11 pounds for the month.

I've been considering going back to weekly weighing in again for months, but I sure do love coming here every morning to update my progress. Even when it is slow.

My goal for September is... 8 lbs. My weight loss has slowed down considerably and I don't want to set myself up for disappointment.

Can I join? I only lost 3 pounds in August (if my weigh-in this morning sticks -felt like less - I've stalled the last half). I'd love to track daily. My goal is to stay on plan in spite of the stalls.

1 - 164.0 Two mornings in a row - maybe it will stick!
2 - 163.5 I'm overweight!
3 - 164.5 Because I'm technically 1/4" over 5'2", I'm still overweight (barely); otherwise
4 - 164.0 ...
5 - 161.0 I was horribly ill last night and am now dehydrated. This won't stick, but still fun to see.
6 - 161.5 I'll go ahead and claim the 50 pounds lost, but still expecting a bounce up.
7 - 162.0 Not bad and still 50 pounds lost!
