I just joined yesterday, and it's mid-month I know I won't win but I want to join this challenge anyways because I think it's neat so I'm just going to start with today!!! ^_^ hope you guys don't mind!!

2 point for sticking with your food plan
1 point for drinking the amount of water you decided on
1 point for getting some exercise


under 1800 calories
80oz H2O
30 minutes (plus bike ride)

15 - 2 points so far D:
16 - 4 GO MEEEEE!!!!!
17 - 4 =) another good day, keep it up me!
18 - 4 amazingly I managed to get everything done, awesome ^_^

19 - 4 barely made it on water =(
20 - 3 =(

25 - 3

26 - 1
27 - 0 yikes
28 - 3 finally getting better

I know the month is nearly over but I'm jumping in anyway...

Food: 1750 calories or less per day
Water: 2 liters or more per day
Exercise: Cardio 4x/week, Core 2x/week

Jelbell: We don't mind at all. I find it encouring and you are doing great! I think this is a good tool to keep one on track and momentum to loss pounds!

Loved the challenge, it really kept me on track =) I'm happy I was able to keep up with this and I will definitely do an October Points Challenge. Awesome job everyone who participated !
