Got my blood work results yesterday!

I am SO excited! I'm adopted, so I have no family medical history to pull from - I have no idea if high cholesterol or diabetes or anything else runs in my genetic line.

Other than my HDL being a touch (less than 5 pts) low, everything else was smack in the middle of the healthy range!
