Hey everyone! I had a really great weekend food-wise, and I wanted to share.
Friday night - playing card games with friends. My friends made a chocolate run, and I kindly refused.
Saturday night - Movie night with friends. I brought an apple and a banana, which helped when I passed up on the snacks.
Sunday - I baked a cake (chocolate) for my friend's birthday. I didn't taste any of it during the baking process! I still can't believe I made it through that. Then, I didn't have any when we ate it at her party. I also didn't have any of the pizza.
Big weekend! I'm so happy I made it through all of it. The scale thanked me too, I'm down to 225.4 today (about 9 pounds for this first four weeks!)
