What a GREAT idea!! (And I made it a sticky for us!!) I would like to lose 61.6 lbs (289). That's a loss of 1% a week, should be doable!!! I put my dates as Mondays, so don't copy from me!! But that's my official weigh in day!!

Oh this is great! I would love to join. I was *just* thinking about how much I could lose by Christmas, so I hope it's okay that I am joining late My WI day is Sunday but I'll just update when I weigh.

My start weight is 188. I am going to shoot for 156 which is 32 pounds and holy cow, that's less than I have weighed in like, 20 years!

My goodness, I've lost 3 pounds. (Now I am back to where my tracker was . I know not to expect this much every week, but gosh it feels good.) Looks like we're all giving ourselves a healthy holiday present.
