I am shooting to be 60lbs lighter by the merriest day of the year. Its a lot of weight, but I have tons to loose and I think It may be doable.

I'm going for 30 pounds by Christmas Day. That's 1.5 pounds a week (for the remaining weeks). That will put me at 210.5! And the lowest weight in my adult life.

Well, for week one I went down 1.4 soclose to the 1.5 I need to meet goal!!
So far this week Im already down 1.4 from that, so I'll be extra diligent cause I would LOVE to see 2 lbs this week!
