I'm down 2.0 from the beginning of this challenge, but only .5 from from the whoosh at the end of last week. I'm feeling a bit stalled because I dropped to 164.5 before going back up to 165. I'm hoping for a whoosh in the next 2 days. Come on scale - I'm only 1 pound away from merely overweight!

I'm only down 0.1! Kind of a bummer. I think I'm actually at my first real stall this year, I haven't lost any weight to speak of since the beginning of August. Changing my diet this next week, changing up foods and zig zagging a bit, and hoping it shows next week!
I'm down a pound this week which I'm happy with as had a weekend off plan last week visiting family and haven't been able to get to the gym as often with having no childcare during the school holidays.
This week I'm child free (she's gone away with my mum for a week!) so am planning on working out most days.

I was doing maintenance for about two weeks before I jumped back into weight loss on August 9th So, I guess it really kicked in!!! Down 3.2 in one week!!!

I'm 162 now so that would be ~132 by Christmas. Also, a guy I know from another forum (a gaming forum I participate in LOL he's becoming a personal trainer) told me to add to my focus on not just losing weight, but ADDING something healthy every week to my goals.
So this week I've added V8s into my diet every day (I got a 28 pack from Costco ^_^ and the main page on this forum gave me the idea) Next week I hope to add something else thats healthy into my lifestyle. 20 weeks is a long time though....how many healthy things can I add in every week for 20 weeks? He suggested "green leafy vegetables" but fresh things spoil pretty fast in my kitchen >.<

Hi everyone! I would love to join in!! My original goal was to have lost 100 lbs by Christmas. My starting weight was 380 (6 weeks ago) Now I am at 343. That puts my total weight loss goal from today til Christmas at 63 lbs. I know that is kinda high but I think I can maintain my weight loss at that rate (a little over 3 lbs a week)... I am excited about this challenge!!! Good luck everyone!!
