Challenge - Day 12 - TGIF!!!

    Exercise: 45 minute walk at lunch; will do toning exercises when I get home

    Food = 2 (took apples/caramel sauce to bridge - ate only the apples - everyone else loved the caramel sauce!)
    Water = 1
    Exercise = None AGAIN!

    This has been a BAD week for me exercise wise
