Welcome! Good Luck!
Take it 1 pound at a time, 1 day at a time. You can do this. There is so much knowledge on this board. Use it to your advantage.
If there is a certain, program you are following there are different forums you can explore.

Hello and welcome!
If you are new to forums, I would simply spend time looking at all the various groups that are on the forums. There are groups for almost anyone of any age. Once you find one that suits you, start by introducing yourself in that forum and start reading the posts. Answer other people's posts or start a
"thread" of your own. Read up on the advice to newbie's at the top of the forums page. These are things you will need to know.
Just explore the site and soon you will be a "regular."
Good luck with your goals!

welcome aboard the board! This place is an invaluable resource - from hard facts to a fluffy hug or a kick in the caboose, whatever it is you may need on any given day! It helps just to check in daily, a little 'reminder' of what it is you're setting out to accomplish

Welcome I'm new as well and so far the best suggestion I have for you is to read as many posts as you can. The members of 3FC seem to have a wealth of knowledge.
