Good for you! Those are great measurable goals!
I'm afraid I don't have any goals per se. My body loses what it loses when it wants to lose it.
I do have fitness goals but they change daily. Here are some goals I'm working on:
1. Cycle 30+ miles in one session on the bike path.
2. Run 4+ miles in one session without stopping.
3. Attend both the body + abs class and the spin cycle class every Saturday in August.
4. Loose goal of losing 10 pounds in August.
