Im in. This is my first time doing a daily weigh in thread. Exciting!! I lost about 10lbs in July. Hoping to do the same in Aug. I have a goal weight of 175lbs by my b-day (aug 28th ).

My weigh in 7-31 was 195.8, I would like to lose 10 lbs by the end of August.

1 - 196.8 the sodum in the stuffed cabbage got me.
