Aimee I try to eat grilled meats, fish, or chicken, and veggies. If something comes with a sauce, I order without the sauce or sauce on the side. I really watch the starchy carbs. Last night I had chicken kabobs, green beans, and rice pilaf (I only had 1/4 of the rice). It was a special on the board and it didn't say that it was served with rice pilaf. If I had known it, I would have substituted another veggie. It still worked out just fine. I brought home 1 kabob and the rice. DH will eat that for lunch today. If we go to a cafeteria, where I can go down the row and pick what I want, I will order roast beef or broiled chicken and 4 or 5 veggies.

Monday - 263 Friday - 258.4 Down 4.6 lbs. Goodbye water weight. That's what I get for drinking rum and eating pizza on Saturday. Takes me the WHOLE week to undo it. Good news is, I'm down 1.1 lbs from my new scale weight. Time to adjust the ticker and keep moving.

Im thinking maybe my brother doesn't really hate me all that much and want me to suffer with his work outs . . . I really should get in gear and post those. I'm at a loss for anything else that could be causing this, I'm eating ALL the time it seems, lots of water, sleeping of course helps ha ha.

Well I got on the scale at 5:50am scale said 173.8 laid back down got on it at 7:40am and it said 173.4. Gonna go ahead and stick with my number this week 173.8.
