I know it's not Very Low but I've been looking back in my records and the last time I was this 'low' was December 30th 2009. Happy New Year, me!

I was just looking at your weight in another thread and thought to myself, man, she's doing really well! I think your weight looks awfully small!! You SHOULD be proud of yourself! Good for you!

I know you've had some setbacks in the past, but girlie, look at you now!

You are inspiring me to get back to work, Rosinante. I am holding steady right now at a weight that is higher than what I would like....at least I'm not gaining, but I'm not going down either and I am determined to get out of this uncomfortable limbo! I hope to be following you down the scale soon.....

Normal human beings just have the 3 numbers, Start, Current, Goal.

Mine is Original Start 242, Got to 136, Rolled back to 225, Got down to 177, Started again at 215.6, Currently 194, Goal 135.

Kind of long-winded, huh? but I don't want to forget what I got to (16lbs from goal), a kind of daily reminder not to be so stupid as to lose all the success again.
