Since losing 93lbs Ive learned to love myself. Ive been able to shop in the jrs dept. I can run && play with my sons. My husband can pick me up!!! I have gone from a 44dd to a 38d. I have gone from a size 24 to a 14. I have a very lovely neck line&& collar bone I never knew existed.

Best of all was when my son came up && put his arms around my waist && said MOMMY I can reach all the way around you now! Best of the best

Well, I am not really a 100+, but I lost about 20 pounds and today I dressed up sexy and while shopping bought me a nice little nightgown
Btw, I am a 200+

And I sooooo love getting flirted with and I got plenty of that today.

All in all was great day!!!!!

I have the confidence to go to a movie theater or restaurant without worrying that I won't fit in the seat.

Since I've lost weight...
- I've gone from a size 24 to an 18
- I now fit in patio chairs comfortably
- I learned that running can be fun and addictive
- I've gotten my libido back (sorry if TMI, but really, how do you go 2 years not wanting sex?)
- I've saved money by eating in
- I've learned to like veggies
- I've gained some confidence, but have more to go

feel sexy again
I LOVE RUNNING!
Love shopping!
feel energetic
not ashamed
can fit in any booth and then some !
go to the 2nd floor of my gym where the guys are
im not so scared to run into people from the past (still gotts wrk on that)

So far on my weight loss journey, I have:
- sat in a booth without my boobs resting on the table;
- ran up two flights of stairs without huffing and puffing and there was no reason other than I felt like it;
- lowered my blood pressure, body fat percentage, cholesterol, fasting blood sugar levels, and triglycerides;
- purchased clothes in the non- plus sized section of the store and they fit;
- participated in sporting activities with loved ones;
- had someone not recognize me;
- had men look at me in a way I hadn't seen in years;
- greatly reduced the number of incidents of thigh burn (rubbing together painfully);
- purchased a bathing suit;
- had more energy;
- reduced my snoring;
- completely eliminated that achy foot thing that happened when standing on your feet for a bit;
- not been the biggest one at many gatherings, and, and, and.....

*Gained back a tad bit of confidence
*Started to believe in myself (some days...)
*Started setting and reaching goals
*Saved a ton of money not eating out
*Declared my body my responsibilty
*Started to feel sexy again

Since I've lost weight I've...

Become MUCH more self-confident, stopped being a pushover, and started going after what I wanted.

Realized that I could get up in the morning, get dressed, and without much fuss look fine.

Gotten IN SHAPE and realized that I can be healthier at 49 than I was at 39 by a lot.

Said goodbye to the plus size stores.

Reacquainted myself with the joy of being 5'8" in 4" heels.

Realized that I no longer have to dedicate extra time to household chores because I get so tired that they take me so long.

I have:
learned a new way to cook, and I love it
have also gotten my libido back, didn't realize it was gone, until it came back
have discovered that I am no longer invisible
sat in a booth yesterday with room to spare
can move around better
fit into my smallest pants with ease
am NO longer the biggest girl in the room every where I go!!!!!!!!!!

noticed that men's heads just turn when I enter a room! Wow! I can't tell my boyfriend though :-) I dont want him to get too jealous :-)

I have...
*Gained more confidence
*Gone from a size 26 to size 11 (juniors)
*Went snorkeling
*Started wearing dresses/shorts/skirts more often
*Learned that healthy food way better than fast food
*Found out you can change recipes to make them healthier and they can even taste better
*Learned that I have total control over what I eat and do not eat
*Found working out to be fun (esp. group classes)
*Gone out in a bathing suit without a shirt over it
*Noticed that I have been getting a lot of positive attention from guys (my fave haha)
