Okay - here's my report from yesterday -
Food = 1.5 points IF you will let me do that. I stayed on the "program" but pushed the envelope to it's furthest
Exercise = Weight machines at gym - plus 10 min. on recumbant bike.
Water = 1 Forced last glass down as going to bed, LOL
This was a very hard day for me, but I hung in there and feel good about it this morning.
