For exactly one month to the day I have bounced between 172.8 and 173.8 or between 1.8 and 2.8 pounds from reaching my 20% goal. I was on program foodwise but added two additional hours per week to my exercise routine. I was hoping the exercise would speed things up weight loss wise but it seems that my body needed to pause and adjust to my new routine. I've seen tighter muscles and felt looser clothes so that helped me to be patient.
This morning I had a whoosh and I'm down to 171.4! Yay! I'm 2.4 pounds from being overweight. I've been at this for exactly 9 months today. I've never stuck with a weight loss effort this long.
