Survived Week 1!

  • I lived through Week 1 and stuck to my plan! I counted my calories, took my vitamins, drank my water and did my exercise! And I'm still alive!!

    Wooo!

    Now..... for Week 2......BRING IT!!!

    You go lady! I made it through my first week too! Tried unsucessfully to make Sundays my "off" day and didn't really like it. So I counted calories and exercised anyway! Go figure! *does a dance* This is the first time in all the times I have started a "new beginning" for myself with diet and exercise that I actually feel excited about doing it!
