I Plan on losing weight this Vacation. I'm taking healthy food and snacks. All the people we are camping with need to lose weight, except my Husband. But he like's to eat healthier food. I hope the weather cooperates so I can get some hiking in. We are also going to have some bikes to ride. This is the first time I took a vacation and plan to lose weight. Wish me Luck. But I know it comes down to PLANNING!
Thanks Onderchic! I had a nice vacation. I ended up gaining 3.2 LBS. But I have gained much more on other vacations. I'm happy to say I am down 1.2 LBS from what I weighed just before vacation. So I have lost the weight I gained plus a little more.
That is awesome! When we went on vacation in April, I planned to do right but when way off course and weighed 9 pounds more when we got home I am glad you had a good time and welcome back!
