Lightbulb Here's something I haven't felt in a long time...

No, don't get too excited.

I've been trying my hardest to get the walking in, as many days as possible. To be honest, every day it's been a 'Do I have to?', although once I'm up and out I enjoy it.

Today I became desparate for a walk. It's been busy, lots of sedentary stuff to sort out, it's starting to rain, it's the rush hour, there are no scenic routes available - but I would have felt miserable if I hadn't gone. For the first time since about 2004, it was 'I need to walk NOW'. So I hooked up the Jack Russell, the only one of my 4-pack still fit for a brisk walk, and off we went. Only 35 mins but it was gooood!

Now that's a change of heart. Head.

Good for you!! That's the change I am hoping for. I walk--but force myself. I'm always grateful after, but I'd sure like to WANT to go. Good on ya!
I will:Journal every bite * Be gentle to myself and my family * Exercise to the best of my ability * Drink at least 8 glasses of water * Focus on colorful veggies, salads, low gycemic fruit, lean proteins and healthy fats * Limit grains * Get up at the same time everyday and get back into routine * Visit 3FC every day, it makes a big difference to my attitude, thanks to the wonderful folks here.
