178.2...let's hope it's a good weekend and I can get a whoosh or something...I wanna get out of the 170's so baddd!
Last weekend I did a calorie bump weekend. I didnt go crazy but ate a few thinks I normally dont. I had been stuck for 3 weeks bouncing from 177-178 and finally the last 2 days I am going down Yea!!!
Back up to 176.0. I had subway yesterday AND I skipped my yoga! >.< I did walk 2 miles though and completely refused the pizza my BF made last night...so I'm pretty proud of that at least.

I am 176.4 this morning. Was 174.4 on the 1st, but some poor eating choices bounced me back. I am back on track now though and hoping to leave the 170's this month!
I was so happy I made it to 177.0 for 2 DAYS! Dangit, now I am 178.4... even though I am still on plan. oh well, just gotta wait til it drops again. Whats a girl to do, lol.
