7 Day Calorie On Plan Thread
Being accountable for my calories the next 7 days. Anyone is free to join me
Daily Goals: 1210-1560
I will write my target for the day (once I have calculated my meals on sparkpeople) then later before bed I will come back and write if I stayed on target. Wish me luck

Hmm, I could have sworn last nite I said I'd join you, even added my ranges, but it is not here this am. I am in Alaska so won't update till I get home from work at 8pm Alaska time.(That always messes with my Sparkpoints, lol it thinks it is the next day.)
So, again.... I am in. Visited my doc yesterday, she wants me to be at the high range at least 2 times per week.
My range 1250-1730.
