07/10 Sat: target: 1600: Actual 1760. Oooops.
07/11 Sun: Target: 1600: Actual 1670. better
07/12 Mon: Target: 1400: Actual 1378
07/13 Tues: Target: 1350
07/14 Wed:

I will:Journal every bite * Be gentle to myself and my family * Exercise to the best of my ability * Drink at least 8 glasses of water * Focus on colorful veggies, salads, low gycemic fruit, lean proteins and healthy fats * Limit grains * Get up at the same time everyday and get back into routine * Visit 3FC every day, it makes a big difference to my attitude, thanks to the wonderful folks here.

I did so bad today (monday), 1,931 calories, I tend to eat more when there's family visiting. =(

You may have gone over, but less than 2,000 calories is not a binge!! Jump right back on your new healthier way of eating. We can do this!!!

Great week! On to the next 7 days. For the next 7 days I would like to keep my range at 1200-1550 calories a day

I agree with you Bunti, I actually really watch what I eat more with this, even that one day when I had family over but it's a good thing I caught myself before I went on a slippery slope, I would eat way more than 2k calories with them but I didn't last time. My sister is still here and my cousins are coming over this weekend so I'm kind of nervous, my cousins are young so they always want me to make them cookies. AHhhhhhh.
