hello Ladies!!! I posted here at the beginning and then I hit a funk for a few weeks and gained 10lbs back. I've lost 7 of those pounds and I am hoping to finally move out of the 220's. Its been hard this month, especially when I felt so unmotivated and angry that I hit a plateau. I started exercising and eating healthy again. I am also going to start the 30 day shred. It kicked my butt big time the last time i tried it, so I am a lil scared to do it again. But I gonna put my big girl panties on and do it.
