I hate this bouncing around. 219.4 yesterday, 220.8 this morning. Ugh. I REALLY don't want to start counting calories but sometimes I think I need to. :P

Well today I weighed in at 239.8, up 2.6 lbs from last week. I am on SB and just started adding back carbs. I will up my exercise this week and hope for great results.

Hi Ladies-

Sorry I have been MIA for the last few days. I have been super busy and had the lovely TOM so no loss last week, but jumped on the scale today and I am down 4 pounds to 221! I am so excited and really hope I hit my Hawaii goal by 10/2 which is Onederland!

hello Ladies!!! I posted here at the beginning and then I hit a funk for a few weeks and gained 10lbs back. I've lost 7 of those pounds and I am hoping to finally move out of the 220's. Its been hard this month, especially when I felt so unmotivated and angry that I hit a plateau. I started exercising and eating healthy again. I am also going to start the 30 day shred. It kicked my butt big time the last time i tried it, so I am a lil scared to do it again. But I gonna put my big girl panties on and do it.

I have been 226 for a few days now. I wish the number would go down more, but 226 is pretty nice. For some reason getting into the twenties was a real wake up for me. Holy Cow I really am losing weight! I will probably pass out when I see a number in the teens.
